1. Please, could you introduce yourself. How many people are involved in the project and when did you start?

Hi! We are Incubus Project. There are two of us involved - Inky and Mofo, and we started to paint the walls about 3 years ago.

2. You use the technic of stencils. Do you have any experience with classical graffiti?

No, we don't have any experience with the classical graffiti. And we consider it to be completely different from what we're doing, because while doing our pieces we try to use the whole structure of the wall in the final image we get.

3. Your motives are robots and strange machines. From where comes this obsession?

Actually, we wouldn't go so far to call in an obsession, more likely it is the imagery language. It's all about the form and details of that strange machines and robots, which in the end represent a very special digital and technological pattern.

4. How is the situation in St. Petersburg with painting on walls? What are the reactions of people when they see your work?

The situation with painting on the walls in Saint Petersburg is the same as everywhere - classical graffiti fill the outskirts of the city, lots of tags on the walls, but if to speak about the street art in the way it is represented in Prague, there are too few good pieces around the city. The street art movement is just on the rise here, and we think that it will attract more interest in the next years.

5. What do you know about Praha and what would you like to do here?

We don't know much about Praha, because last time we were there, there was a huge flood and all the streets were covered with water. The only thing we managed to remember about Praha is the fantastic taste of your beer. This time we want to know something more about your beautiful city, and for sure we are very excited about participating on the NAMES fest.
